Dalal Plastics Pvt Ltd has 3 manufacturing facilities viz. - Navi Mumbai, Aurangabad & Hyderabad. Over 70 injection moulding machines from Brands like:
Engel , BOY, Toshiba , Ferromatik Milacron
Machines are equipped with Auto-Loaders, Hopper Dryer, Dehumidifiers Hot runner temperature controllers, mould temperature controllers etc. Bimetallic barrels and thoroughly hardened screws for processing highly abrasive and corrosive engineering plastics.
Manufacturing team consists of qualified & skilled engineers & technicians.
Ability to manufacture components up to 3kgs (max) in glass filled reinforced polymers.
Tool room is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for manufacturing complex moulds; Hot runners with valve gating, Hydraulic core pulls with threaded inserts and Multiple parting line moulds.
