The project “Data Literacy in Upper Primary Education” (DALI4US) is dedicated to equipping primary school teachers with the essential confidence, knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to effectively teach data literacy. This initiative is aimed at fostering an educational environment where data literacy is an integral part of the curriculum, preparing students to navigate and thrive in a data-driven world. The primary aim of DALI4US is to raise awareness among primary school teachers about the importance of data literacy. The project seeks to enhance their teaching competencies by providing them with the appropriate technological and pedagogical tools, along with professional training. This comprehensive support system will enable teachers to confidently incorporate data literacy into their classrooms, thus preparing students to become informed and responsible citizens in a digital society.
