About Us
Dallas Counseling and Treatment Center is a diverse group counseling practice providing mental health care to individuals, couples, and families. Currently, we have 4 convenient locations in the North Texas area: Uptown Dallas, Plano, Rockwall, and Denton.
We strive to make affordable counseling services accessible in our communities by accepting most insurance plans and offering reduced rates when possible. We also have flexible appointment times including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Our practice is LGBTQ+ Allied and an Open To All business member, dedicated to maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for all.
Types of Therapy
Our therapists are diverse in their training and treatment modalities which include CBT, DBT, play therapy, expressive arts, and Gottman Method couples counseling. We also specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy, which is used to effectively treat a range of issues including trauma/PTSD, addiction, obsessive thinking, OCD, panic attacks, anxiety, phobias, eating disorders, and emotional attachment disorder.
