Gruppo Dalmata is an Italian group founded in 2017 by Julien Bouaziz and Romain Bertin.
We strongly believes that pizza is timeless and we aims to bring our creative touch ! We are kicking the Italian food Game making it more authentic and affordable through a good vibes service and a fair pricing.
We have been studying neapolitan pizzas for many years and have acquired a strong know-how. Our pizza is different, fluffy with little black spots on the crust as in Naples. It is light and perfectly leavened.
Every day, we cook with love 100% homemade dishes using a unique sourcing, looking for the coolest producers in Italy.
We are currently a team of 35 employees and the team is growing with new openings coming up in France. So we are hiring constantly !
We pay it forward ! Our ambition is to change the CHR industry perception, offering people a good environment to growth. We include all our team in the business development process creating a strong and authentic family with sharing values.
