The Founder and CEO of Dálvi Consulting, Pirita Näkkäläjärvi, was elected as the President of the Sámi Parliament in Finland in January 2024. This is a full-time position for 2024–27. Dálvi being a one-woman company, we do not offer our services for the duration of Pirita’s term. Founder and CEO of Dálvi Consulting, Ms. Pirita Näkkäläjärvi, has had a unique profile combining Indigenous advocacy and global business. Pirita has over 15 years of experience in Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and management from EY-Parthenon, PwC Strategy&, Booz & Company and Merrill Lynch, as well as Helen, Metso and Nokia. In addition, Pirita has worked as the editor of Sámi language content at the Finnish Broadcasting Company Yle and she is an elected member of the Sámi Parliament in Finland. Pirita holds Master’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Helsinki School of Economics (now Aalto), and in Media and Communications (with Distinction) from London School of Economics.
