At the outset of an opportunity, we can support clients to understand the feasibility, costs and challenges that may be involved before embarking on a project. Using our in-house experts, we can then take care of the work and documentation needed to get through the planning permission and building control hurdles. Then, by the time we get to the build phase, we already have the benefit of knowing the project inside-out, so there can be no excuses!
