ضمان هي فكرة ناشئة تسعى إلى تنظيم قواعد العمل وإدارة الشؤون التعاقدية بين الأطراف المتعاقدة في سورية سواء كانوا على هيئة أفراد أو شركات بما يلزم التطبيق الكامل لبنود العقد ضمانا لحقوق جميع الأطراف. من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف، نسعى إلى جمع الآراء للتعرف على مدى اهتمام مختلف الأطراف في جميع قطاعات العمل في سورية بالأمور المتعلقة بالعقود سواء كانوا أفراد أو شركات، حتى نكون قادرين على تطوير هذه الفكرة وتصبح نواة لمؤسسة متكاملة تقوم على تعزيز سوق العمل وحفظ حقوق جميع الأطراف، وتقديم خدمات ممتازة بما في ذلك جميع الخدمات الإدارية وفقا لمعايير عالية من الجودة والكفاءة والشفافية. Daman is an idea that seeks to organize the rules of work and manage contractual affairs between the stakeholders in Syria, whether they are in the form of individuals or companies, in a manner that requires the full implementation of the terms of the contract to guarantee the rights of all parties. In order to achieve this, we seek to listen to all opinions in order to identify the interest of all stakeholders in different sectors of work in Syria in matters related to the contracts, whether they are individuals or companies, aimed to develop this idea and become the nucleus of an integrated institution to improve labor market and preserve the rights of all parties and to provide excellent services including all administrative services according to high standards of quality, efficiency and transparency.
