Damapel Milano

The Damapel company was founded in 1990 by Daniele Kauffmann following the historical leather trading and agency business created by Mr Federico Kauffmann in 1925 in Italy. Kauffmann’s family tannery which where settled in Stuttgart-Germany was bombed during the first world war. When the war ended part of the family relocated to Milano where they began to develop a business in leather trading and agencies. During the following decades, Kauffmann's family continued this activity in Milano being agent of some of the most famous tanneries and tanneries-group in europe: Adler-Oppenheimer group, British tanning, Wiltz, Brabantia, Megisserie Richard, Curtidos Gregori and others.
