Damar Toba is strategically located on the southern shores of Lake Toba and can be reached in 30 minutes by road from Silangit International Airport and within 60 minutes away from Lake Toba's prime viewpoints such as Sipinsur, Hutaginjang, etc. Opened in early January 2022, Damar Toba serves guests and visitors with a unique combination of Toba’s lakeside elegant dining, boutique accommodation, and event space in Balige, Toba Regency, North Sumatra. With a restaurant capacity of up to 300 seats, Damar Toba provides various atmosphere choices while enjoying our unique dishes with stunning views of Lake Toba from Lumban Silintong beach. At Damar Toba, you can get and enjoy traditional Toba Batak food served with international presentation & taste and the most popular dishes from various Asian and Western countries. Operating from 07.00 to 21.00 hours, Damar Toba serves pastries and beverages in addition to the main menu for lunch and dinner. Our only six compact 18m2 and all lake view double-bed rooms are fitted with Netflix on 300mbps internet-ready flat-screen Smart TV, LAN Port in the room, Wifi throughout the property, Safety deposit box suitable for a 15-inch laptop, USB charger, air-conditioning, and central water heater. Each room is well set up for avid travelers with a long window-side working table overlooking Lake Toba. All our rooms are non-smoking. Damar Toba is a lakeside event space with various outdoor or indoor options. With up to 120 seats, our lakeside pier is ideal for multiple special events, from birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, or weddings to corporate receptions. There is also a lakeside VIP room with 16-20 seats for private family dining and a multi-purpose hall with a capacity of 60 seats for various corporate activities or larger family groups. Damar Toba is also a place to have productive activities while on vacation as it is equipped with internet of up to 300mbps with access via Wifi or LAN Ports.
