Damsels in Design was founded in 2011 as a way for female professionals to connect across a variety of design disciplines. We are a networking community of designers and design professionals dedicated to women’s empowerment, career advancement, and education. Our mission is to foster professional and educational opportunities for female designers through collaboration, networking, promotion, and events. We host over 25 events per year and remain active online with our blog, event calendar, membership directory, and job board.
