Nextware Technologies & Damundus (Joint Venture)

As VP of Services at Nextware Technologies as well as the founder of Damundus, I provide end-to-end project management, professional services, technical support, cloud hosting expertise and sales assistance to partners and direct clients in the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Europe. We work with well-known organizations such as Disney, Stanford University, Apple, Amgen, the Red Cross, Texas A&M University, the NASA, Wells Fargo, TD Bank and Ecolab. Customers spread across any industry imaginable, but mainly: finance, universities/research, creative/design, health care, packaging/printing, entertainment/music, government, beauty/cosmetics, travel and non-profit. Our projects range from solutions consulting in the areas of Digital Asset Management (Canto Cumulus), intranet and collaboration (Confluence), project management (JIRA), technical support systems (JIRA, Zendesk), CRM (Salesforce), content management (Wordpress), custom software/mobile app development, UX/UI and cloud hosting (AWS). My role includes providing needs assessment, workflow analysis, installation, configuration, data migration, testing, documentation, training, change management, ongoing maintenance and technical support, providing full-cycle assistance through all phases of an implementation.
