We're a small privately owned construction company in Christchurch, New Zealand. We specialise in building energy efficient homes, with over two dozen high performance homes in our portfolio and under construction in 2018. We believe every home can be made to be more efficient, while still being within the home owner’s budget. We are dedicated to creating homes that are healthier for our children as well as socially, economically, and environmentally more sustainable for our lands and communities. We have a 25 year history in fine craftsmanship in new architectural residential and commercial building. Excellence and business integrity are valued principles for our company, but even higher to that is our ethic of stewardship, guardianship, and kaitiakitanga for our natural resources as well as our caring and manaakitanga for our people. Our work has purpose, our people are changemakers, our goal is to change the world, making healthy, energy efficient homes available to all New Zealanders.
