Dan Tloome Mega Project

Dan Tloome Mega Project – a mixed use development – aims to work in conjunction with Mega Project by Gauteng Department of Human Settlements and deliver Government fully subsidized units. All of the units subsidized by the Government will be distributed to the beneficiaries – BNG (RDP) housing, Affordable and GAP housing, High density Social housing, Rental Stock and so on. Development consists of 21 910 residential units with all necessary amenities – schools, community centres, shopping centres, retail, neighbourhood centres, student accommodation, industrial park, and more. Built with pedestrians in mind, the development will provide residents with great freedom of movement and healthy lifestyle. Dan Tloome project utilizes a number of ground breaking technologies, both during and after the development phase. Better and innovative ways of developing and maintaining the project, while remaining conscious of the environment.
