D’Andrea, Ebel & Company was founded by two friends in 1982 when they combined their practices. Frank D'Andrea had been in practice as a sole proprietor since 1977. In 1991, one of the original partners, John Ebel, passed away and Frank D’Andrea continued to run the firm. In 2004, his daughter Michelle D'Andrea became a partner after starting her career elsewhere. We are a small CPA firm specializing in individual and corporate taxes, small business reviews and compilations, payroll services and taxes, tax planning and a multitude of other services. We work with entrepreneurs of small business to help plan for all aspects of their business cycle.
