Established in 1997 by David Civil, Danescroft is a privately owned property development company specialising in residential led mixed use development. We have a particular focus on complex brownfield sites and have established a considerable track record in acquiring sites unconditionally and negotiating deliverable planning permissions. Current projects range between 6 and 1,000 dwellings. We acquire sites that require a developer who is focused on delivery and work closely with land owners, local authorities, communities and other stakeholders to ensure the schemes provide for local demand. The teams’ significant experience is complimented through its careful selection of architects and other professional team members, to ensure that all projects are designed and constructed to the highest possible standards and make a positive contribution to the built environment.
