We do this through the process of *habit shaping*, where unhealthy behaviours linked to mental wellness, nutrition and fitness are trained to eventually make better choices, second nature. - Our range of natural ingredients and unprocessed foods will unknowingly shape your tastebuds as they contain less sugar, sodium and additives so that healthy eating just happens. - MyDano, Our personal training mobile app provides users with a wide range of health and fitness related content, meal tracking tools and a personal coach that guides you through your habit shaping journey. = Our Story = Once upon a time, before becoming the co-founder of Dano and a leading influencer in Korea, Jessie Lee had struggled with significant weight gain and attempted every fad diet known to Google and mankind. Living in a country that places so much pressure on unrealistic beauty standards for women, Jessie eventually managed to lose 20kg. This was however the turning point in her life, when Jessie realised that she was still not 100% happy with the person in the mirror. She recognised that true beauty starts from within; from your attitude to how you nourish your system with a balanced diet and how you move your body. The shaping and conditioning of daily habits was what Jessie defined as ""habit shaping"" a process where unhealthy behaviours linked to nutrition, fitness and mental wellness are trained to eventually make better choices, second nature. Jessie transformed her own health and fitness know how into Dano's total weight loss solution business that is designed to help women develop a healthier body image and achieve sustained weight loss.
