Dapper Guru got its start in the kitchen. Dapper Guru was founded by Rob Marshall. He wanted to create natural products without the need for harsh chemicals that most people can’t pronounce. As an Army Veteran in which he had to shave daily, he used products that irritated his skin and he knew that there had to be a better way to shave.
Rob needed a shave soap that was sensitive enough for his skin. So, he went to work like a mad scientist in his kitchen – smelling and mixing oils until he couldn’t smell anymore.
Those same harsh chemicals are often responsible for the irritation that you experience after shaving. If you regularly experience itchy skin, razor bumps, or ingrown hairs, you’re not alone. This is part of the reason that Dapper Guru was created.
