At Dargui Work & Travel, we work with a variety of sponsors and employers to recruit and staff students in cultural exchange, internships, and au pair programs. We work globally from the U.S. to Europe to New Zealand and find suited candidates here in Lima and Huancayo Peru for these programs.
These programs are free to the employer and we work with a wide variety of students from all backgrounds and ability levels depending on the position. We are employer/employee matchmakers who get to know out student candidates.

-Native English speakers. We recruit out students throughout Peru and assess their English skills with an interview with a native speaker.
