We have first hand experience owning and managing large (350bn+ EUR) balance sheets and highly complex risk positions across both asset and liability sides of the business. Fluent also in liquidity management, accounting and capital management, and experienced with senior regulatory interactions. We also have experience of managing and delivering complex technical risk system implementations, and building businesses from the ground up. For our non-financial services clients we focus on business strategy, regulatory engagement, and navigating (or creating) financial markets appropriate to their needs. We have also entered the nascent ESG sector and are advising sovereign clients on carbon trading strategies. Monetisation and funding mechanisms , and placing novel blue bond and carbon related paper into the market, which has never been done before. We focus on African carbon development, grounded with very high level relationship driven steering, with a view to long term strategic liability management and optimisation.
