▶️ Our Production Process
1:Strictly control each first sample, confirmation form process make the first sample.
2:Find the corresponding type of steel mesh & Brush the solder paste.
3:Material dehumidification & Put the SMD and resistors on the PCB board by Auto SMT machine.
4:After the SMT process, check if have problems.
5:By reflow soldering machine,the temperature is raised fromindoor temperature and then lowered , solidify components on the board.
6:After the reflow soldering , check if the SMD and resistor are missing, wrong direction, loose etc.
7:Semi-finished product test & Cover heat shrinkable tube.
8:Aging test & Roll the reel，put up adhesive tape to the led strip.
9:Finished product test, if there is any problem, repair in time.
We strictly control the quality and delivery of products.In terms of quality control, there are also strict raw material inspection, production process inspection, finished product inspection, and pre-shipment inspection processes.
