Solution-focussed hypnotherapy is about looking to the future and working towards what you want, not what you don’t want. All of my clients have the tools they need to unlock their future they want, and hypnotherapy helps them to use what’s already within, to make the changes they need in order to achieve their goals. My work will help you to understand what is happening in your intellectual and primitive mind when stress, anxiety, anger and depression happen. We usually respond in the same way in situations and sometimes, we just need to find a different approach. Through various techniques, I work with the sub-conscious mind to make changes for my clients, to help them to see things from another vantage point and start to have an influence over their thoughts and patterns of behaviour. It’s so wonderful to see the transformation in my clients so they can look to the future more positively. I show them their results online, which I can print out for them to take away. My relaxation MP3, given to them at their Initial Consultation will also help them to sleep better.
