We are proud of our successes over the past two decades and our constant and consistent offering of high-quality freshly roasted coffee that caters to the needs, requirements and desires of a broad range of happy customers.
We have continually grown our offerings and have brought together a team with the very best talent to do this, including barista champions, experienced roasters and industry experts (with decades of their own experience!), so that every encounter with Darkstar is a fantastic and memorable one.
In addition to providing high-quality roasted coffee to wholesales clients in different states, including cafes, restaurants and speciality institutions, we also provide machinery, servicing, accessories and coffee school training (with further information on all these available on our website). Our coffee school training seeks to develop and hone your barista skills with brilliant trainers, who also bring the fun and enjoyment back to the overall experience, to remove any intimidation students told us they previously faced when signing up for such courses. From making the perfect coffee to being able to create unicorn latte' art, our courses are open to everyone passionate and keen to improve their coffee skills.
While we have expanded our online presence and subscription coffee to engage customers nation-wide, we still love to welcome people into our amazing café/warehouse space in Perth, including our regular customers who come in for their daily brew, domestic machine upgrade or retail coffee top up; be it our delicious core range or unique single origin offerings sourced from family farms from around the world.
