Our motive is to provide an easy to use and scalable credit scoring and tracking tool which can be widely used for providing credit to most vulnerable families and small enterprises. DART enables households to formulate an informed and tailored solution to their poverty and credit needs, while allowing investors, financial institutions, and managers to assess credit risks, monitor and track the repayments, and measure each household's journey out of indebtedness and into prosperity. DART includes tech-enabled wireless solution to the problem of financial exclusion which is complemented with financial literacy and technical assistance to grassroots community institutions. It acts as a one-stop solution to financial exclusion, by reducing costs, increasing transparency and introducing an innovative methodology to analyze, rate and monitor loan-ready households, who would normally be perceived as high risk by banks.
