History Our roots date back over hundred years and are to be found in the historical RussoBalt and Feltzer Factory in Riga, Latvia. We continue the craftsmanship and traditions of making luxury armored cars and think about our great grandfathers, the original manufacturers of armored vehicles, when we put our cars together. It is this sense of tradition and heritage, that our handcrafted cars are truly unique and has the epitome of luxury, along with a SPIRIT OF HEROES. We are also proud that RussoBalt is also famous for its engineering - Igor Sikorsky, the man who invented the helicopter.
