We at Daruma are a new Training provider in the Welfare to Work and Recruitment Sector based in the North West. Even though we are a relatively new organisation our Directors and Team have over 40 years’ experience in the welfare to Work and recruitment sector providing a Wraparound Training and Recruitment service committed to upholding Social Value and supporting people to achieve their dreams and goals. We work with a variety of cohorts from the newly unemployed to ex-offenders and armed forces personnel, providing bespoke training and in-work support, to aid them on their journey back into work.
