DASHER is a specialist online fitness provider for all women in their prenatal and postnatal period. We provide specialist exercise classes, courses and workshops. DASHER is also a place to find well-intentioned (cringe-free) simple advice and content. You'll find nutritional guidance, inspirational women plus interesting and useful tools to enable you to effectively manage the stresses and strains of balancing parenthood, and/or career. We work with companies to help support employees and deliver a considered, flexible and personal program that suits them at every stage of pregnancy and beyond.
