David Akinyemi's School of Thought and Philosophical Engagement invests in the future of young people across Africa through an annual festival of ideas that brings together students from underserved communities and public high schools. Our mission is to address the dearth of critical thinking and basic comprehension skills among kids who do not have access to the right environment and resources they need to compete with their global peers. Through the support of our donors, we are able to train carefully selected participants who compete for prices in our essay writing, reading, and British Parliamentary Style debating competitions. Winners go on to get prizes that includes a Scholarship Fund that sees them through College. Join us today either as a volunteer or as a partner in our bid to invest in Africa's future!
