In the quickly evolving world of data and knowledge, it is often hard to separate hype or idealistic new technologies from those that deliver impact. There are so many aspects of data and knowledge that teams have to unpack. Where do you start? How do you navigate? Are you going in the right direction? How do you keep moving forward? Or are you wasting your time? Over the last couple of years, we, Juan Sequeda, Principal Scientist at data.world and Mohammed Aaser, CDO at Domo and former McKinsey CDO, have had "therapy" sessions with each other to navigate this complex space of data and knowledge.
