Improvements in Natural Language Understanding is highly necessary towards a very smooth-based conversations instead of a single intent and responses. Machine Learning on the other hand is an application of Artificial Intelligence. This is an algorithm or science of getting machine to learn and to improve its performance by continuously incorporating new data into an existing model. We, humans are learning from our past. We are learning through our past experiences. Machines or computers can only follow human’s instructions and whatever we ask or programmed to it, basically, it works accordingly. Human’s wish is computer’s command. Human intervention plays a major role in training computers basically by feeding BIG DATA from different sources. Humans are using past or historical data, structured and unstructured data to the machines. With the use of different algorithms, computers are being trained to understand the ingested data. Machine Learning is not always coding or creating a script to learn; Machine can learn without being explic
