DATA MASTER OFFICE SUPPLIES is in the primary business of importation, resale, installation and service/ maintenance of the following brands of office equipment: Konica Minolta and Ricoh InfoPrint. We have a dealership agreement with two of South Africa’s leading office equipment suppliers and service provision companies, and are authorized to sell and service photocopiers, printers, faxing machines and scanners of their representative brand (s). We also have a wide pool of expertise, both administrative and technical, to draw on for improved local customer satisfaction and increased service performance. Additionally, our South African-based principals provide personnel-specific training and skills upgrade facilities, as well as operating a regional fault reporting and escalation centre in the unlikely event of a major fault at customer installations.
