Data-Med CC is a medical bureau, founded in 2002.
We provide an end-to-end claim settlement service to medical service providers and their patients/medical funds.
Unlike our competitors, we aim to secure settlement of claims across the full spectrum in the quickest possible way, to the benefit of the service provider whilst upholding fair and honest business practices. The scope of our work entails;
* Medical aid claims
* Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act ( COIDA )
* Rand Mutual Assurance ( RMA )
* The Federated Employers Mutual Assurance ( FEMA )
* South African Police Service (SAPS / IOD )
Our clientele includes a number of anaesthetists, orthopaedic surgeons, general practitioners, psychologists, and other medical service providers. Although we are based in Gauteng, we also provide services to clients in other provinces. Working as a unit we believe in delivering the best service to our clients. Being the link between the service provider and the patient we make it our responsibility to uphold the relationship whilst recovering any outstanding funds effectively.
* We process on average around 2500 claims per month,
* We maintain the master data of approximately 45 000 patients
* We serve 15 service providers,
* We deal with 90+ different medical funds
