We live in an increasingly technologically driven and uncertain world. We give you the digital data tools and the organizational framework to make you resilient and adaptive to succeed today. Technology and innovation continues to drive society. It continues to disrupt all industries and drives exponential societal and technological change. While disruptive, technology also created tools that allow us to have robust and innovative organizations ready to tackle the change driven inevitably by technology. These data science tools exist, but are largely accessible only by academic institutions, financial, and tech corporations. Businesses that do not adopt data driven strategies increasingly get outcompeted and gentrified as society becomes more technologically driven. While currently inaccessible, many of these data tools are open source and adaptable with tech startups and small businesses alike. The bridge to accessing the benefits of data science is a matter of familiarity through grassroots education. DSD provides a consulting model empower small businesses to adopt a company culture receptive to change. As we teach teams to be adaptive, we also will teach the data tools for teams to implement in their organizations. We aim to instill a data-driven and data-literate framework within teams in these organizations. With the data framework and data tools we aim to teach businesses how to precisely financial plan, conduct research on marketing or product analytics, resource management, adoption of new technologies, policies, or procedures, and prediction models for business success.
