Our membership in professional researchers’ associations (ESOMAR, American Marketing Association, Market Research Society) is the sign of quality. We are accessing the latest information on the market research trends and periodicals, as well as training programmes and seminars for our staff. Our internal processes in all stages of the research are based on international research guidelines and code of conduct. The number of our accomplished projects exceeds five hundreds, nearly a half of them are ad-hoc solutions. Data Serviss has the most extensive experience in Latvia in developing integrated solutions for complex problems, both for public institutions and private enterprises. We manage monthly omnibus researches. An extensive data base of awareness, usage and image dynamics of banks is collected in monthly Finance Track surveys of bank clients since 2003. A yearly Value survey of the society of Latvia is conducted since 2002, which allows dynamics of decision making patterns to be analyzed.
