Data2.eu created a GDPR Tool to make it easier for organisations to create a Processing Index needed for the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). That European law is to protect the privacy of its EU Citizens. It also harmonises all different EU country privacy laws in one EU law, so it will be easier for companies to comply when doing business in multiple EU countries.
The GDPR requires organisations to register all their processing activities (collect, use, and store) of personal data, and how they protect that personal data with technical and organisational measures. Creating such an index can be quite difficult and much work.
With our GDPR Tool organisations can easily create a Processing Index in a structured way, using many practical examples from the field. Our GDPR Tool is available as a Software as a Service.
