Millions of people worldwide are taking longevity supplements and drugs and modifying their diets to extend their healthspan. Their hopes are based on indirect evidence from scientific research or, sometimes, even on marketing campaigns. But, there is no systematic study has been conducted to assess which of these interventions have an effect on human longevity. More importantly, what are the synergistic effects of different longevity interventions? Our goal is to identify combinations of anti-aging measures already in use that substantially affect the rate of aging in human subjects. The study design will screen hundreds of combinations, including their interactions, and reliably identify any combination of measures that slow aging in humans by at least 25%.
