Datakatalyst Solutions Pvt Ltd is a tech enabled HR consultancy and services company with its very own recruitment process product – SKILLSTORY. We are working on a socio-commercial initiative to help the low end workforce in India to acquire skills training and generate mass scale employment. 'SKILLSTORY' is an automation product to collect data of grey and blue collared workforce. We create digital repository of the candidate database and have planned analytics using algorithms, machine learning and BI tools to score the stability and skill parameter of each candidate profile. The processed good scored data is supplied to Industry against the demand for flexi staffing or permanent recruitment and the residual data is directed to Skill Development Centers to further enhance the skills of the candidate to make him / her employable. We have partnered with the largest skill development network in Maharashtra having 400 plus centers. We are contributing to the goals of Skill India program, working with the relevant government and industry bodies to train and recruit youths from across the State as per the Industry demand.
