In 2021 Datanet Systems acquires 51% of the share capital of Red Dot SRL from Cluj-Napoca, which became Datanet Systems Cluj SRL. In 2020, the company recorded revenues of 26 million Euros and, together with the company Datanet Systems Software, a number of 125 employees.
