The Project Phase includes opportunities to complete real-world projects for employer partners, enhancing job placement potential. Depending on their chosen pathway, learners gain hands-on experience with Python, SQL, dbt, Fivetran, Dagster, Airflow, GCP, Tableau, and other industry-standard tools. In the Results Phase, learners develop interview readiness through mock interviews, a thesis-style project defense, and expert-driven resume, LinkedIn, and interview coaching—incorporating strategies proven effective in real hiring processes. Graduates across all mastery levels receive guaranteed interviews with employer partners, with higher mastery levels unlocking interviews for more advanced roles—ranging from internships and entry-level positions to mid and senior-level opportunities.
