Data Science FEM

Data Science FEM -DSF- is a Spanish-speaking LATAM community, focused on promoting data science knowledge with women within in the region. We provide scholarships and technical education programs to our female members -mainly, but non gender restricted- As a community, we have 3 key goals: 1.- Contributing to the economic development of our countries, while helping the pivot from primary resource’s exportation to a high added value product and services in technology. 2.- Reduce the gender pay gap, using education as a way to develop high - demand technical skills, so our members can have more and better opportunities to increase their life quality and contribute to their region's development. 3.- Promote STEM studies in women to reduce the gender gap in technology and promote a diverse and inclusive society.
