DataSeen is a high-tech software company located in The Netherlands. Our solution Ixivault enables the principle “Knowing your data”, which is a prerequisite to be successful in operational data processes: compliance (GDPR), security, planning, and training for artificial intelligence, to name a few. Not understanding and not being in control of your data is a large risk. Many large-scale document stores have organically grown and may lack organization or up-to-date knowledge of its usage. This makes these stores not suitable to directly be used in data processes. With Ixivault we enable to know your data. With standardized processes you easily onboard your entire SharePoint, cloud storage or on-premise network share. Then, in an interactive dashboard data identification takes place by labeling data that is similar terms of content or shape. Collaboration allows to delegate labelling to frontline workers or other subject matter experts. The labels can be exported for further use. Ixivault is installed directly from the Azure Marketplace (see https://azuremarketplace.dataseen.nl) as a managed application in the customer’s tenant to keep the data within the customer’s perimeter. Ixivault is compatible with high compliance environments. It integrates with Entra ID and Azure Landing zones with support for virtual networks and customer-managed keys. Next to Ixivault, DataSeen provides IT consultancy and services for complex data challenges. We operate in SMB, banking, insurance, utility, (semi-)public government and critical infrastructure.
