Our primary services focus on segmentation and persona development, especially combining quantitative statistical approaches with traditional qualitative approaches. We are the creators of the “Fast and Rigorous Personas” technique, presented at SXSW in 2015. We also provide support on UX/design research projects and predictive model development.
