Kindred is creating a tech-enabled speed dating platform specifically for Christian singles. Our product combines the convenience and precision of online matchmaking with the authentic, face-to-face experience of traditional speed dating events. Users join by creating a profile and completing a 60 question form on relationship goals and preferences. A proprietary algorithm then curates matches, inviting only users with strong compatibility to each event, ensuring higher quality interactions. At each venue, Kindred divides the space into zones and provides participants with a personalized schedule, directing them to their matches every 6 minutes. The app also includes brief intervals for reflection and social breaks. After the event, users indicate their interest in potential matches on the app, and if two people show mutual interest, we unlock contact information to encourage ongoing communication. Our approach bridges the unparalleled filtering precision of dating apps with live interactions, giving Christian singles a more intentional and structured path to building relationships.
