The Company was founded in 1987 under the name Dav-Lin Construction Company, Inc. In 1994 a new branch of the Company was incorporated as Dav-Lin Interior Contractors, Inc. with a focus on commercial interior renovations and buildouts. In 2001, Dav-Lin Interior Contractors, Inc. was purchased by Allen Stevens. Under Allen Stevens' leadership, Dav-Lin Interior Contractors grew in size and volume, to become the premier commercial interior renovation & buildout contractor in Jacksonville.
In June of 2022, the company was acquired by a local family Private Equity Firm and renamed Dav-Lin, LLC. The new Ownership has not changed Dav-Lin’s focus on customer satisfaction and goal to be the best interior renovation contractor in Jacksonville.
