Each episode features a toddler boy and a toddler girl dressed as a puppy and a kitten, and their friends – Philip the Mouse, Matilda the Sheep, Stella the Star, Itsy the Spider, Doctor Albert Monkerson, Mrs. Barbara Monkerson, Sam MacDonald, Bingo the Puppy, and many more.
