And on the way, enable more people to harness their untapped creative abilities and help organisations benefit from valuable ideas. I do that by: • Helping organisations find what's limiting their thinking and helping them address the problems • Training people on the skills they need across the entire creative process, from planning and research through to implementation • Helping organisations put systems in place that encourage better thinking • Keynote speaking to educate and inspire • Writing books that give practical and actionable advice I've created lots of resources to help people with their thinking, including digital tools, films, downloads and - of course - books. But what really gives me a buzz is seeing the impact the thinking has on people and the organisations they work within.
