5) We don’t drink coffee, we drink tea. Ok that’s a joke, we drink lots of coffee. And kombucha
6) We don’t hire resumes – we hire people. With values. And standards. And smiles
7) We don’t have offices, we have homes…because beautiful creations are conceived and nurtured in homes – and frankly, we’ve seen about enough office lighting and fake plants for a lifetime
8) We don’t have a vacation or PTO policy – we have adults that know when they need some time to chill the F out in Formentera (“F” is for Formentera) – and we’ll see you and your tan in a week or two
9) We don’t have a NO culture, we have a YES culture – including and especially with the all-important TEAM MEMBERS and CUSTOMERS
10) We don’t have work hours, we have a culture of productivity, passion, growth, and freedom - because constraints feel bad - and those other things feel good
11) We don’t have QUOTAS. We have a MISSION
12) We don’t have a Human Resources Officer – we have a Chief Heart Officer – because the greatest wisdom builds the greatest companies – and the greatest wisdom comes from the heart
