My story goes back about 40 years ago when I developed a very serious blood disorder 6 months after I graduated from high School. I almost died and after a week in the hospital the doctors released me and said: "There are no drugs to help you -- Eat a lot and try to be well." This one little statement fueled my passion for wellness. In the last 40 years I have read and researched many, many strategies for naturally moving to better health.
