The company was formed in 2002 to provide its investor base with alternative investments for wealth preservation focusing on commercial real estate. Each fund is tailored to accommodate the investment preferences of our investor groups. Davis Capital Group, through its working relationships brings a network of service opportunities to support the funds. Additionally, Davis Capital Group provides its investors, local co-investment opportunities in developments structured by its affiliate company DCG Commercial, which may include medical office buildings, on & off campus student housing and single site / single tenant developments. DCG has provided $50MM in mezzanine and debt placement which has led to the development of over $488MM in real estate projects. North Carolina is home to 6 of the 100 fastest growing counties in the USA for real estate growth and the Charlotte MSA is the 4th largest in the country. While DCG is not confined to North Carolina it is the firm’s current focus with expansion poised for the Eastern seaboard through its partner relationships.
