I am an experienced municipal leader providing experienced interim CAO support to communities undergoing leadership transitions and offering mentorship coaching to aspiring leaders. I am passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential and helping them to realize the skills and knowledge to become leaders in their fields. I support municipalities with business continuity during a leadership transition as an experienced interim CAO. • A champion of people and the President of the Thompson Okanagan chapter of the Local Government Association I have an extensive network and can assist in the search and hiring of full-time senior managers. • Experienced in several management positions during 25 years of dedicated service in Local Government, including Chief Administrative Officer, Director of Corporate Services, Director of Planning and Manager of Human Resources. • Dedicated as a lifelong learner, I have a business administration degree and accreditation as a CMC along with several diplomas including leadership, coaching, human design and local government administration. Services Include: • Three-month contracts (up to) Interim CAO including vacation coverage. On site or Hybrid on-line services. • Mentorship Coaching packages or by the hour. Mentor and coach clients through transitions and provide expert governance advice. • Talent Acquisition – Senior staff. Well connected with leaders in local government.
