Welcome to Dawnes Cottage, our bright and relaxing holiday home. A lovely 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom house. It is the perfect location for a quiet family getaway or couples weekend away. Dawnes Cottage is a short 3-minute drive into town, conveniently located in the beautiful suburb of Mount Melville. Perched on the hillside, it has views of the Stirling Ranges and ocean views (okay, more like ocean slivers - on a clear day) from the balcony. The space You are greeted by a large open lounge room upon entry where you are able to sit back and relax whilst watching some TV or playing some games with friends or family. Each bedroom has been styled to have its own unique, relaxing personality and we hope you find a favourite (ours is the green room). The kitchen has been recently renovated and equipped with: - Pod Coffee Machine - Oven - Dishwasher - Microwave - Gas stove top - Kettle - Toaster - Cookware and cutlery If you are someone like us that enjoys to cook, Dawnes Cottage has the facilities to do so! The laundry has a front load washing machine and a dryer available for your convenience. We have supplied a small amount of washing powder for your initial load. The toilet is located in the laundry. The bathroom has a large shower with great water pressure. We have provided you with a hairdryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner for you to use during your stay. And lastly, the dining room has seating for up to 6 people and is a wonderfully relaxing room with lots of greenery. The long wooden table is excellent for entertaining or playing board games. Guest access An automatically generated code will be sent to you before your arrival to give you access to the property using a digital door lock for the duration of your stay. We will also have a key made available to you for your stay. Parking is available onsite for 2 cars. If you are arriving at night time, there are sensor lights that will illuminate your path up the steps to the front door .
